11" Walnut Openback with Jatoba Tonering

This is a beautiful and great sounding banjo without a lot of fancy inlays.  The walnut pot has a tonering section of Jatoba and a bottom cap of birdseye maple.  The hardware is a mix of nickel and raw brass and the head is a fiberskyn.  The neck has a 25.5" scale and is 1.375" wide at the bone nut. The slot-head headstock has 16:1 geared guitar style tuners.  There are 17 frets with a frailing scoop and my exposed truss rod nut. This is a great sounding instrument at a very reasonable price.
